| | Went to another Cubs game today and low and behold it was another loss. I had a great time though and the day couldn't have been more perfect, the Cubs could've won but I won't be picky. Sat in the Bleachers which is always a good time. Here are some highlights from the game and a few pics. (i don't take many pics so sorry)
1) There was this cute asian girl sitting down the row from us...yup...that's all I have to say about that.
2) In the first inning a foul ball was hit into the upper deck. This guy tries to catch it and misses it. He proceeds to go after it and in the process tumbles down about two rows of seats. It was hillarious.
3) A homerun by the Reds landed one row in front of us. I thought about trying to catch it but couldn't risk injury to the pitching hand for a visitor homerun. The guy in front of us got a nice bruise on his stomach. If you watch the replay you can see me and nick...kinda.
4) Apparently Nick and I were on tv during the 7th inning stretch. I have no way to really confirm that but it's what Alex said.
5) Highlight of the day: A douchebag Sox fan is wearing a Sox jersey and has a sign that says "In Dusty We Trusty" The bleacher fans proceed to boo him mercilessly. He walks up the aisle with his sign and a Cubs fan grabs the sign and rips it to shreds. You should have seen this Cub fan's face as he ripped this sign, he looked like Hulk Hogan when he tears his shirt off. The security guards came and took him to side which prompted a chant of "Let Him Stay" by the bleacher faithful.
